PRODUCTION TIME OF CUSTOM MADE ITEMS

We pride ourselves in the quality of our products, and the large selection of fabric choices we offer. Our products are hand made by Cheer Bows and More employees, in the USA and are ONLY available on this website. We will work with you to meet your deadline.

Processing time is the length of time that it takes to produce your custom products. Processing time is separate from the shipping time. Our processing times vary throughout the year. If you need your products by a certain date, please make this note in the "Comments" section of your order during the check-out process. We make every effort to meet your deadlines. We recommend planning ahead. When you place your uniform order, place your custom bows or brief order with us at the same time.

STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME: 1 to 3 weeks.

The shipping option you sellect will not speed up the production of your order. It will only effect the delivery time once the order is shipped. If you need your order quickly, select express shipping to expedite the shipping of your order.

If you are ordering sample products, please include a note on your order and we will make every effort to produce it as soon as possible.

If you have ordered products from us in the past, and have an emergency that you need a replacement product, please contact us and we will make every effort to get your product to you as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATIONS: Orders that are placed and are changed or cancelled for any reason, must be done within 48 hours of the date the order was placed. All cancellations or changes must be made in writing. Information must be faxed (814-835-9449) to us with a copy of your original order or you can email us your request. The name the order was placed under and the order number must be on the fax or email. All orders changed or cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Cheer Bows and More reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders by unreasonable customers at any time.

REFUSED PACKAGES: Are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
