We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. There
are certain times of the year when it may take longer to process
orders. When you place your order, make sure you allow enough time
to process and ship your order so you receive it when you need it.
Many of our products are custom made specifically for you the customer.
These products do take longer to ship out because they have to be
made. If you have questions on product availability, please contact
us by email, fax or phone.
- Order are processed within 24 to
48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)-in the order they are
received. This time frame does not include the transit time of

ORDERS. We will gladly issue you an invoice to make payment
by either through Paypal or USPS mail.
- All checks must clear the bank before
your items are shipped - 10 days.
- We must be notified within 5 days
of your receiving your order if there is a problem with your order.
- All returns and exchanges must be
pre-approved and are are at our descretion.

Bows, athletic briefs, boy-cut briefs, custom socks, uniforms,
undergarments, cosmetics, any embroidered product, and poms unless
they are defective.
- Be sure you know what you're ordering
before you place your order. Sizing pieces and fabric samples
are available upon request. If you are unsure of what you are
ordering, we recommend ordering one of the item's you are interested
in before you order for your team to ensure it is to your liking.
