have paid for their order with an expected ship date, to put other
persons orders ahead of theirs for any reason. If we allowed this,
the clients who have expected ship dates would not be met. We make
every effort to complete every order in a reasonable amount of time.
DO YOU HAVE
NO ... our products change regularly, so it would not be feasible
to produce a catalog that would represent our product line accurately.
Our website is the best way for us to keep our information as up
to date as possible, and available for our clients to view.
DO YOU OFFER
Our custom products are hand made and we have priced our products
as low as possible for everyone weather you order 1 item or 100.
We do offer CUSTOM CHEER PACKAGES with
PACKAGES offer you a combination of our
products at a discounted price. You must order a minimum of 12 packages,
consisting of a minimum of three items. For example: shoes, socks
and Hair bows; or brief, leotard and a bag; etc. Go to TEAM ORDERS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Processing time begins AFTER payment is received. If you are paying
with a check, processing time begins AFTER the check has cleared
the bank (usually 10 to 14 days). Custom orders are completed within
1 to 3 weeks depending on the time of year.
CAN I PAY WITH A SCHOOL OR
BOOSTER CLUB CHECK?
Yes ... processing time will begin once the check CLEARS the bank.
This may take 10 to 14 days.
DO YOU TAKE PURCHASE ORDERS?
NO ... But we will be glad to email or fax you an
invoice to your school or organization. Once we receive payment,
processing of your order will begin.
CAN I ORDER
NOW AND PAY LATER?
Sorry ... we must receive payment in full before processing
of your order begins. We are not able to offer credit or
net terms of any kind.
CAN YOU HELP ME MAKE MY OWN
Sorry ... It has taken us years to develop and produce a quality
product. It would not be in our best interest to share our trade
secrets. The materials to make your own hair bows is available on

PONY ELASTIC OR CLIP BROKE. WILL YOU FIX IT OR REPLACE IT FOR FREE?
Sorry ... pony elastics and clips on hair bows are not guaranteed
not to break. Even under the best circumstances, they will eventually
break. We are not responsible for broken hair bow pony elastics
or clips and we will not repair or replace bows, ponytail elastics
or clips, when they break at not cost. You may purchase clips, ponytail
elastics and ribbon from us and repair them yourself, or send them
to us, and we will repair them for a minimal fee. Customer is responsible
for all shipping fees.
